I’m getting addicted to working out, because i want results, and i want to feel happy. If you work out everyday it’ll fit into your daily routine and you’ll feel great (: 

My work out routine

  • 10 push-ups
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 1:00 min wall-sit
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 squats
  • 1:00min plank
  • 10 push-ups
